Hailing from UNB to UBC, graduate students gathered during EXFOR and the PAPTAC Annual Meeting to share their research with the industry. A poster session on the second day of the annual meeting gave delegates an introduction to the students’ work. It was followed by the Canadian Pulp and Paper Graduate Student Seminar on the day after the annual meeting, Feb. 4. The student seminar is a joint event sponsored by PAPTAC’s Research Committee and the PAPIER research network. It wraps up with cocktails and dinner, held this year at the McGill Faculty Club.
