Resolute recognized with award for diversity and inclusion practices

In June, Resolute won the 2023 Diversity and Inclusion Award from The Norns Awards, a global competition highlighting excellence and innovation.

The company was recognized for its practices supporting justice, equity and inclusion, as well as for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. The awards program received over 800 entries. Winners were selected by a team of international judges made up of professionals from various industries. Other companies that won in the same category include BMW, Deloitte and L’Oréal.

The judging panel reportedly emphasized Resolute’s many diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, including the launch of its employee-led DE&I working committee. This recognition reinforces Resolute’s commitment to making the company an employer of choice in the industry and its operating communities. The company says in a press statement, Resolute continues to pursue initiatives that help it attain and sustain a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
