Stora Enso is wheeling and dealing.

The paper company is selling warehouses and office properties in Sweden and Denmark, and investing in its mills in Sweden and Finland.

The companys subsidiary Papyrus is selling its property to Swedish listed property company Kungsleden, and will pull in 56 million from the deal.

Concurrently, Stora is investing in its board quality and CTMP production at its Fors mill in Sweden. The company plans to upgrade the two board machines, as well as its chemi-thermomechanical pulping plant to improve quality and pulp production. The projects are projected to cost 29 million.
