TAPPI has announced that it will partner with IDCON to co-locate the 23rd Annual Process Industry and Reliability (PIRM) Conference with the 2010 PaperCon Conference on May 2-5, 2010, in Atlanta, Georgia.
The PIRM event brings together a devoted following of reliability and maintenance professionals in the mill and plant operations, maintenance, stores, and engineering arenas. They will share experiences, perspectives, insights, and latest R&M developments in a spectrum of process industries, including pulp and paper, wood processing, chemicals, consumer products, oil and gas, and mining.
“We are excited to partner with IDCON and bring such a high caliber of information and experts to Atlanta,” said TAPPI president and CEO Larry N. Montague. “This is the first time the annual conferences will be co-located, and we think they will be a great complement to each other.”
The common, coordinated goal of the co-located 2010 PIRM and PaperCon Conferences centers on solutions for improving efficiency, financial performance, and safety on a daily basis. For more information on the conference, please visit www.tappi.org.
