“Fluoro-Coat” X-550 is based on PTFE and is like the green Teflon coatings supplied by Beloit in the ’60’s. It has the amazing non-stick characteristics of Teflon resolving complications of sticking and build-up. X-550 can be applied to the dryer and cured on site in less time than an OMS dryer cover of Teflon FEP, and is less expensive!
Eliminating build-up improves product quality, increases efficiency, and reduces steam costs, all increasing profitability.
