Tembec International Sales Corporation has appointed GARNET TORGUNRUD to the position of director of sales, Asia-Pacific for kraft and high yield pulps.

JOHN GILLEN has been appointed region manager North America and president of Stora Enso North America Corporation, effective as of January 1st, 2006. He has also been invited to become a member of the Stora Enso management group. LARS BENGTSSON, currently senior executive vice president of the company’s North American operations and a member of the Stora Enso executive management group will retire on December 31st, 2005.

DR. GUNTER HALMSCHLAGER has assumed the position of member of the board of Voith Paper Automation GmbH & Co. KG.
