Kruger has bought all of Grard Crte & Fils’ shares.
Kruger has bought all of Grard Crte & Fils’ shares.
Since 1992, Kruger maintained a 50% shareholder status of the company, which owns two active sawmills in the Mauricie region of Quebec, a plant that specializes in high-quality bedframe stock, and 75% of the Les Lattes NG.

“We are convinced that in the long run, this transaction will strengthen and complement our lumber business as a whole and especially our current operation in the Mauricie region,” said Eric Bisson, senior vice president of Kruger’s forest and wood products division.
