Olof Malmstrm, vice president marketing, Rasio Chemicals and Globa Key Customer manager for Stora Enso, will be joining the RCA management team on a two-year assignment in North America, from Finland. He will be responsible for developing new business with the large Nordic paper groups.

Richard Veinotte has been promoted to manager of Engineering, Madison Paper Industries. He began his career at Madison in 1991.
