Sustana recently appointed Aaron Ling to the position of director of sustainability. In this new role, Ling is responsible for driving the implementation of Sustana’s ESG initiatives and supporting the development of the group’s sustainability strategy.

“Sustana is a sustainability leader in the fibre and paper industry, with sustainability as a core value. I’m excited to be a part of the Sustana team. Most of my career has been spent in developing sustainability strategies and embedding sustainability into business operations and I’m really looking forward to applying my experience in creating shared value for Sustana and our customers within a circular economy,” said Ling, commenting on his appointment to the position.

Ling now leads the company’s sustainability strategy for Sustana Fiber and Rolland Paper. Sustana has full control over the recycled fibre production, recycled papermaking, and converting processes. Ling’s role builds upon Sustana’s sustainability strategy and the circular economy. He is an ambassador for sustainable recycled fibre and paper products in the markets where the group operates.
