Weyerhaeuser is selling off its Trus Joist Commercial division to Atlas Holdings. While the price tag on the deal was not disclosed, four plants in the U.S. are included in the transaction, as well as 13 sales and engineering offices. Together, they represent employment for approximately 428 people.

Weyerhaeuser said the sale will allow the company to hone in on its core strategies in the residential structural frame market.
