The American Forest and Paper Association (AFPA) announced that old newspapers (ONP) would see the largest future consumption growth among the major recovered paper grade categories. AFPA recent capacity survey concluded that the use of ONP will increase an average of 3.5% per year through to 2003, well above other paper industry growth rates.
