BTG Group to acquire FITNIR Analyzers, expanding its product portfolio

BTG Group shared in a recent press statement that it is set to acquire FITNIR Analyzers.

The company states that the acquisition of FITNIR Analyzers will represent a strategic milestone for BTG Group, broadening the product offerings in the pulp market. FITNIR specializes in pulp liquor property measurement (on-line and bench top units), which complements BTG’s offerings in cooking, bleaching and chemical recovery.

Sunny Cui, BTG Group CEO expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We are happy to welcome FITNIR into the BTG family. With this acquisition, we’re not just expanding our portfolio, but forging a path of innovation and shared success. It’s not about assets; it’s about synergies shaping a dynamic future together.”
